1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on XabiaHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use XabiaHub.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. One Account Per Person
Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or policies is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal of all associated accounts.
4. Account Security
Your account is personal and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at hello@xabiahub.com.
5. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly forbidden on XabiaHub: • Sexual, explicit, or adult content of any kind • Racist, discriminatory, hateful, or offensive material targeting any person or group • Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities • Political campaigning, propaganda, or partisan content • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or misleading listings • Fraudulent offers or scams of any kind
6. No Automated Access
The use of bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tools to access, collect, or interact with XabiaHub is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
7. Listing Rules
All listings must be accurate, honest, and relate to genuine offers or requests. Listings must comply with applicable Spanish and EU law. XabiaHub reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on XabiaHub, you grant XabiaHub a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform. You must not post content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Privacy
XabiaHub collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations. Your data is never sold to third parties. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
XabiaHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability. You may delete your own account at any time via your Profile settings.
11. Limitation of Liability
XabiaHub is a platform connecting users and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or transactions between users. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Changes to Terms
XabiaHub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Valencian Community.
